  • Shipping & Delivery

    For Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Inland and Hawaii please email or call us for shipping prices. Items that include Shipping does not pertain Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Inland and Hawaii.

    We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

    Items that are available for immediate delivery will usually ship within 24 hours. These items are usually shipped the same day the order is placed if we receive the order by 9:00 am Central Time, also are subject to a successful payment delivery. The warehouse shipping cut off time is 11:00am CST;If the order is received after 11:00am Central Time, your order will usually be shipped the following business day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Kids ATV Parts attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers to inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged during the shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department at support@kidsatvparts.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide you with free replacements parts within the warranty period. However, original shipping and handling are not refundable! Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost.

    If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly! Only after an inspection of returning product, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. You must meet all the following terms to qualify for a refund.

    • The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice and a valid RMA number must be included in a return shipment.
    • All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned.
    • All manuals must be unmarked.

  • Ordering

    Ordering from Kids ATV Parts is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button under that product's price label. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time at the right side of each page. If you decide to remove an item from your cart, just click the "x" to the right corner of the product you would like to remove. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart. To do this, type in the new quantity and click on the "Update Quantity" button at theright of the shopping cart page. Assuming the quantity you have requested is available, you will now see the adjusted quantities as well as your new subtotal.

    Kids ATV Parts offers an online payment service for the convenience of our customers. This service can be used to pay by credit card and PayPal.
